Secretariat of the Council composes of Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General to be responsible for preparation of the Assembly of Member Representatives.

I   Responsible for preparation of the Assembly of Member Representatives.
II  To execute resolutions of the Assembly of Member Representatives and the Council.
III Responsible for drafting or modifying the rules and regulations of the Membership Representative Conference the Council and reporting to the Council for approving.
IV Responsible for Admission and withdrawal membership and daily communication and other related services.
V  Other matters assigned by the Council.
VI To assist President of the Council to perform his duties.
