Recently, Asia Fortune Forum Executive Chairman, the Secretary General Han Jianfeng met with the  Minister Counsellor of Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Mr. Negus Kebede, in-depth exchanged on the issues of concern to both sides.

First of all, Mr. Ambassador thanked for Asia Fortune Forum's concern and support for the development of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia for many years. He said that the current development of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in the economy, mainly in agriculture and animal husbandry, industrial base is weak. Ethiopia foreign relations to pursue a full range of foreigh policy, stands on the basisi of equality and mutual benefit, mutual respect for sovereignty and non-interference in each other's affairs, develops relations with all countries, emphasizing diplomacy services for the  development of the domestic economic. Pay attention to strengthening friendly cooperation with neighboring countries, and strive to develop relations with Western and Arab for economic assistance. Focus on learning from China and other Asian countries. The Democratic Republic of Ethiopia wants to play its own advantages, and actively absorb foreign capital, accelerate economic development. The cooperation between the two sides have a broad space, Ethiopia hope that with the help of AFF this platform to attract more Chinese and Asian companies to invest in their country. At the same time, he invited AFF and its member units to attend the African Union Summit (AU summit).

Han Jianfeng said that welcome Mr. ambassador and domestic dignitaries in Ethiopia to attend the Sixth Annual Conference of AFF, which will be held on 9-10 November, 2016 in Hong Kong.

While the two sides reached a consensus, next year AFF will be held a summit forum “Asia Fortune Forum Comes into Africa” in Addis Ababa, jointly organized with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
